• Death is defeated. (Matthew 27:52-53, Hebrews 2:14, 1 Corinthians 15:55-57, 1 Thessalonians 5:9-11)

• The sinner is given new life. (Matthew 27:54, Mark 15:39, Luke 23:47, John 3:16-17)
